30 Minute Reiki Session
This condensed session is similar to the 60 minute session, but less time is spent on processing and energy work. It's great for first timers or people who are busy and need to get in and out.

60 Minute Reiki Session
During this time we will process in depth the details of your healing session. There will also be time at the end for some grounding work in order to get you ready to proceed with your day.

Prenatal 60 Minute Reiki Session
This session is specifically tailored for pregnant people. We send reiki to both you and baby. We have extra assorted pillows to get you comfortable and only diffuse pregnancy safe essential oils.

Reiki Master/Teacher & Healer
Reiki found it's way into my life while on my own journey to self healing. I had my first experience with Reiki in 2014, but it wasn't until after the birth of my daughter that I realized I needed more than just therapy in my life. I suffered from postpartum depression and anxiety and was needing extra support. After taking my first Reiki class, I was able to take control of my healing journey instead of relying on others for help. I couldn't get enough and became a Reiki Master in 2020 as well as a Karuna Level ll practitioner. I am also a member of the Wendat Nation and honor my ancestors by helping others on their healing journey. I am a single mom of an incredible little human who I adore. In my spare time, I visit with friends and family, create earrings and Mala beads, and enjoy live music.

Reiki Level l Certification
Do you wish to learn Reiki? Schedule a class to learn about this universal life force and how to use it to help your mind, body, and soul. This 6-7 hour course will leave you feeling confident and certified to perform Reiki on yourself and others.
$150, $200 with a second attunement and Reiki healing session.
